Select Physical Therapy is conveniently located near the junction of the 101 and 60 freeways in Tempe. The goal of our therapists is to provide individualized rehabilitative programs to maximize function and well-being. Our team provides care for a variety of orthopedic conditions including sports injuries, work-related injuries, vestibular disorders, injuries related to motor vehicle accidents, post-surgical care, and neck and back pain. We offer hand therapy, provided by a Certified Hand Therapist that specializes in treatment of the upper extremity. All care is provided by licensed, highly skilled and compassionate therapists.
