Jay Klazmer, D.O., DABPN, is a board-certified neurologist with a sub-specialty certification in vascular neurology. He has been in clinical practice for nearly 30 years, caring for adults and children over the age of five for many neurological conditions, including: headaches, dizziness, epilepsy, memory disorders, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) with and without hyperactivity, Electro-diagnostic for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Peripheral Neuropathy and Cervical/Lumbar Radiculopathy.
