Heartstrings Hospice

Home is where the heart is. A sentiment that
is at the core of what we do at Heartstrings Hospice. By addressing not only
the physical, but also the emotional and spiritual needs of patients with
life-limiting illnesses, we allow them to remain in their own homes, surrounded
by the people who are most important to them. Our Nurses and Chaplains are
available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our team consists of:
