How All Seasons Insurance Got Started This insurance agency was a direct result of our owners experience as a captive Agent for two separate Large Name Brand Companies. Although there were many positive aspects to offering a well known name brand insurance product, it became clear that what people really wanted was choice. Making the choice to join the BGI Agency, a member of SIAA was the best move that could be made. We are now able to offer a wide array of insurance products to fit every need and pocketbook.

The founding owner, Melissa Morley has been active in the greater North Snohomish County area. She was a standing board member of the Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce for years, and a founder of the Lake Stevens Business Network.

As of 2016, Colleen Dobbins has merged All Pacific Insurance with All Seasons Insurance, taking the helm as agency owner.
