Red Counselling

I offer one to one counselling in a safe comfortable environment where in confidence you can explore, reflect, find emotional release and get clarity to a problem that has been troubling you. You will be able to speak freely and openly without judgement or interruption which will allow you to dig deep into your inner emotions and the time to help you find your own solutions to your worries. I aim to build a trusting relationship and ultimately lead you to a place of increased overall well-being and self awareness.
