We are for athletes, coaches and parents who value mental toughness and leadership development.Boost provides a 5 step system that focuses on building INTELLIGENT ATHLETICS by evaluating, assessing and enhancing the overall mental and social attributes necessary for performance enhancement and leadership development for student athletes.Boost will create a profile for an individual athlete or a full team based on their mental toughness skills and leadership qualities.
