We are a small family business based in Coquitlam, BC, Canada, started in 2016. The two founders have two school-aged children. It has been quite a challenge to feed their seemingly insatiable curiosity, but it's also been eye-opening regarding what's available if you search far and wide, and long enough! Have you ever gone looking for a great educational science product (or other S.T.E.M. product) at one of the mainstream retailers in Canada? In many respects, the product selection is overwhelming. And at the same time, all you can do is look at the pictures and the descriptions on the boxes? We have found quality and value to be very hit and miss. In short, it’s HARD! To help you better focus your hard-earned money on great products, we offer you value in three ways: 1. With an online store format, you can get pictures, videos, and thorough explanations about what you are buying and how it can be used and enjoyed in ways that a traditional store just cannot match. 2. We have acted as “curators” to make sure you just get the excellent stuff. We have personally tested a vast number of different products, and unless we have a unanimous agreement here that the product clearly rates as “awesome”, we just don’t bother carrying it. 3. Frankly, with an online business based at home, our cost structure is tiny so that we can provide you with very competitive pricing.
