I hired this company based on a recommendation from a friend. The install was rescheduled 4 times. Each time I had to ask them why it was being rescheduled. On the day of the install, a crew of 4 teenagers showed up to do the job. They were courteous and respectful, but the job was absolutely amateur. The floor of the pool looks like the surface of the moon. They didn't even try to smooth it out. The walls have sags and wrinkles in them. Several of the top rail caps were left unsecured. I raised my concern over this and was assured it would be addressed. Not only was it not addressed, I was told it just is what it is. I paid for a professional install, but got a sloppy, lazy job. DO NOT hire this company. You will regret it. If you have any doubts about what I am claiming, contact me and I will send you pictures of the finished job.
