Mikey’s Pizza

Mikey Larson started feeding the people of Crested Butte in 1987 when he opened the Eldo kitchen. Mikey's love of food and passion for the buisness led to many more culinary adventures: Jeremiah's in Crested Mt. Village, Giovanni's in the Grand Butte, owning and operating The Gonzo Cafe in Moab Utah in 1995.Eventually, Mikey missed CB so he came home to cook at Casey's Inn, then became a partner and head chef at the Buffalo Grille, and finally opened the Happy Trails Cafe back in the Eldo Brew Pub. After coming full-circle Mikey got married in 2007 and together Mikey & Mary Larson opened their flagship store, Mikey's Pizza, in Crested Butte, CO.Besides making the most loved food in CB for more than 20 years, Mikey & Mary enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping and being outside. Come Say Hello..After several successful years serving pizza and delicious meals from the north end of the Gunnison Valley, Mikey's decided it was time to bring their food filled with love to Gunnison, Colorado. To the delight of Gunnison locals and Western State students, the new store opened in April of 2013, and we look forward to serving up our same quality, real good food to adventure seekers, music lovers and families.
