From a tender age, Chef Benito was his mother's helping hand in the kitchen. He loved cooking with her. At 11 years old his mother told him he had a gift for food. His dream was to master his favorite cuisine, Italian, and one day opening his own restaurant. When Benito was 18 years old, he moved to Portland, Oregon and started working at different Italian restaurants. He learned how to create amazing Italian meals that captured people's attention and made their mouths water. After working many years with Italian restaurants in the Portland area, Benito became a lead chef of his first restaurant, Bellino Pasta & Cafe in Hillsboro. There he developed a big fan based. People loved his authentic Italian food. Now lucky Division restaurant row is getting the taste of Chef Benito with his new restaurant, Casa Italia. Come in and enjoy!
