CREATION Health Wellness Center

Members of the Florida Hospital Zephyrhills CREATION Health Wellness Center can take advantage of the center's 24/7 access to the fitness floor which offers a wide variety of fitness equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, free weights, circuit machines, balance balls and resistance equipment. Every new member receives a free session with a certified fitness specialist who provides an orientation of the fitness equipment and amenities.

After your workout is complete, enjoy a cool smoothie from the smoothie bar and relax in the FAR infared sauna located in our Center's locker rooms. And, after a refreshing shower, take advantage of the various services offered in our wellness center spa. Pamper yourself with a relaxing massage or enjoy an express skin treatment.

Other wellness center amenities include personal training, group fitness classes, a Kid's Zone, diabetes education and cooking demonstrations.
