We are happy to pull orders for you. We have multiple blast freezers ready to freeze your product. We can temper your frozen product quickly and safety so that it is ready for further processing, using our proprietary temping technology. We operate separate facilities that can be configured as either freezers or coolers based on your products' needs. Don't be afraid to ask; no job is too large or small and we will always customize a program to meet your needs.
