I love this gym! It has made such a difference in my life. I’ve struggled to find a regular exercise routine that I enjoy for so many years. I decided to get the trial deal they offered through facebook and after the first class I joined for a year right away. The trainers and the owner are just amazing and help motivate everyone to get through these very intense workout sessions but at the same offering modifications to the exercises. I am so thankful for them. The gym is very clean and they offer several different time slots each day and I look forward to going each and every time. It’s a family and I love kickboxing Escondido!

Best place to kill a workout and have fun and trust me you will be sweating with the warm up.the people are so nice and are glad to help you. I have tried the gym but I would get bored ilovekickboxing is a great alternative I recommend it.

Kikboxing has been a great experiance i tried many products but none have worked now i feel great no longer do i feel tired and overweight i truly recomend it it helps stay active and fit i am a new me and iam proud of it i recomend it to everyone who want to become fit and not go under the knife.
