About us

Fernando Garcia founded the Garcia Team in 1999 & it has been one of Park Regency Real Estate's most consistent top producers over the last 15 years. Today, he & his son Angel, are the faces of the team. Together they bring a highly efficient & successful real estate team to the San Fernando Valley. Fernando wanted Angel to earn a college degree. As Angel attended college, he began working for LA Fitness. Within a short period of time, he became the #1 Personal Training Sales Manager in the entire company. Fernando recognized Angel's keen ability to sell & agreed to let him give Real Estate a shot. With Angel now learning the ropes from his father, The Garcia Team pro-pelled to #1 in the company. Last year they closed just under $33 million dollars in sales. Angel brought in a fresh perspective with an emphasis on technology. He set up long needed systems allowing the team to focus on how best to serve their clients & the team is now operating more efficiently than ever before.
