Team Ulloa Real Estate has been serving the Foothill Communities and the San Gabriel Valley for over 12 years. Founded by Karen Ulloa, a former Claremont High School english teacher and member of these great communities since there were only Orange Groves, we hang our license under the ReMax Masters brand here in La Verne, CA.

We are proud to be a small family owned business, and are excited to announce that Karen's son, Jordan Ulloa, will be stepping into running our marketing, outreach, and retention based operations.

We treat our community like family, and view each customer as an addition to that family. While this is a business we still like to put the customers we serve first and strive to make sure that one of the biggest decisions one can make in their life is handled with care. Purchasing a house can be a difficult thing to do, my job is to make that process as smooth as possible. We aim to be trustworthy and honest above all else, and hope that our open door policy with all customers encourages open dialogue whenever there is an type of issue.
