This Side Up Moving was established in 2005 by a young entrepreneur named Colby Robinson. Colby started out small, operating the business out of his garage and using rented trucks and borrowed blankets to provide moving services. The first years were no doubt, challenging, and a steep learning curve accompanied the adversity, especially through the uncertainty. Nonetheless, Colby remained determined. Little by little, step by step, This Side Up Moving started to gain traction, with word of mouth being the one and only method for marketing and advertising. Eleven years later, This Side Up Moving is now owned and operated from a Madison office, with its own trucks and a great team. The company has made some history, but the story is far from over. We are constantly refining our expertise and tweaking our processes so we can offer our customers the best experience. By redefining the moving experience, we will change what it means to move. We want to emphasize the good aspects of moving and prove how we can take a stressful situation and make it better, maybe even great. You are the reason we handle with care and move with purpose.
