Dr. Tosto majored in biology at the University of Florida and completed his undergraduate studies at Wayne State University in Michigan. He went on to graduate as president of his class from the University Of Detroit School Of Dentistry in 1992, where he received the Outstanding Senior Student Award. He taught Oral Pathology at Baker College in Port Huron for 2 years before settling in to practice dentistry full time.
