Alta Realty Group (ARG) was founded in late 2015 by Newport Beach residents Bill Seitz and Tim Manno. Both Bill and Tim recognized the opportunity and demand to bring a residential brokerage to market that was agent centric with streamlined fees. The goal was to eliminate the bloated overhead of traditional brokerages which contain large office spaces and staffing. Alta Realty Group is anchored by giving its agents a low fee structure, state of the art digital marketing training, broker accessibility and paperless systems. By doing so, ARG is able to give on average 96% of the gross commission back to its agents.
