Our primary clients include small retail business owners that own liquor stores, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, gas stations, and sell age restricted products such as tobacco and alcohol. Within these businesses, many state and federal laws require these business owners to properly ID patrons and often keep a record of customers entering their business. We’ve witnessed many business lose their license to sell alcohol and tobacco and have experienced the devastating effects of these loss compiled with fines, attorney fees, and civil lawsuits that can wipe out a small business owner struggling to survive in tough economic times.
