Looking for a form of exercise while pregnant is hard. I wanted to find something that is gentle but at the same time strengthening. My Pro Bikini designed a program that is perfect for me. Training with My Pro Bikini is challenging but heaps of fun. I look forward to training and love the feeling when the hour is up! I hated exercise and loved the couch. The improvement in both my strength and fitness has been amazing. In fact my entire family is now training with My Pro Bikini. Being a dancer I thought I was fit, turns out this was not the case. I`m back dancing and have never been so fit!
