Blue Goose Property Services LLC provides unbiased, certified home inspections in the West Michigan and Grand Rapids area. Our Home Inspections come with an extensive report that contains tons of pictures and details about the property. We believe that the customer is number one and we want to ease your mind about your home purchase. We conform to standards set in place by InterNACHI which is a nationwide certification company. We spend the time to explain to you on site what we are seeing.

We inspect the roof, exterior, basement/foundation, heating and cooling, electrical, plumbing, attic, insulation and ventilation. Our home inspections take between two to four hours depending on the size of the house. Radon Tests are also available so you can spend the first night in your new home with peace of mind.

We have also partnered with Travis Pest Control to provide termite inspections. We bring the total package to get you into your new house right!

We are 100% independent and locally owned. We do not pay to be on any referral lists by realty companies or businesses.
