Sacred Journey Hospice

Sacred Journey Hospice provides comfort, care, and compassion to those suffering from a life-limiting illness and their families with a focus on pain management, symptom control, quality of life, and comfort care. Services provided include medical, psychosocial, spiritual care, and volunteer services and professionals available to patients include doctors, nurses, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and various therapists. Hospice is covered under Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance and includes all personnel, medical equipment, supplies, and medications related to diagnosis. Services provided where ever a patient resides including private homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, personal care homes, or our inpatient facility in McDonough, GA. We have been providing care in the Henry County Area since 2002, and have expanded over time to include all of Atlanta and it's surrounding counties.
