Our company has a professional relationship with several of the largest HECM lenders in the U.S., which means more lending options and greater flexibility for our customers, but our business model is very different than theirs is. We do not believe that most seniors want to entrust a lender to handle their sensitive financial matters from an office 1,000+ miles away from where they live. Our mission is that this is a “kitchen table – face to face” conversation that often includes family members and trusted friends and that our senior citizens deserve our utmost care in the process.
