A hypnotherapy session with Daria Mann, M. MFT, M. Ed, CCHT, will always include a pre-talk and a wonderful relaxing client-centered, solution focused hypnosis where we are able to speak directly to the subconscious mind to help achieve the desired outcome. The first session includes a complete intake as well as hypnosis and clients should plan to be here a minimum of 2 hours. Any following sessions usually last an hour to an hour and a half and always include some talk time as needed as well as hypnosis. Marriage and Family Therapy available too!
