I take a person centred approach, believing that every client is different and therefore use an eclectic style to meet the needs of the client, matching my approach to where they are on their path towards health and wellness. I believe in working from the client's point of reference and building strengths and capacities. I find using metaphors and real life examples that people can not only understand, but also identify with really supports growth. As a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists I have worked with a variety of different clients: individuals, couples, and families, I particularly enjoy working with the dynamics of a couple, I also enjoy working with men's mental health issues and depression.
