Hartland Home Medical Supply

Established in 1995, Hartland Home Medical Supply has been a staple of the Crystal Lake community for 15 years. Our mission is to provide quality service and state-of-the-art medical equipment/supplies to improve the lives of our customers. We carry over 4,000 products at our 10,000 square foot retail show room. In addition to selling a wide variety of medical related equipment and accessories, we also provide delivery, repair, free in-home product trial, and instructional set up. Our store is open to the public and is located at 321 W. Virginia St. Crystal Lake IL 60014. We have a private parking lot in the back for our customers convince.
