As a society we are waking up to the ugly truth that human activity has a very negative impact on the environment. One of the biggest issues we wanted to address at Glamour Magnet was that the cosmetic industry generates huge amounts of plastic every day and that 12% of the plastic that goes into our landfills is from lipstick tubes and makeup containers. That's just not OK! Almost unbelievable, right?

At Glamour Magnet, we designed all of our makeup to be sold as individual units and without plastic housing. Our products are pressed or poured into magnetic metal pans that stick directly to our refillable magnetic compacts and storage cases. No more plastic lipstick tubes in our landfills.... We LOVE that!
