Dishonest Redhawk Auto Repair
My car broke down last Friday and I had it towed to Redhawk Lube & Auto Repair. I live in the area but never had anything done to my vehicles at the garage. I talked to the owner before and seems to be a nice and reasonable person....

Good service and reasonable pricing
I must admit I have not used Redhawk Lube and Auto Repair for anything more than oil changes. However, they are very conveinent. Right on 79 South. I prefer to drop my car off and walk around to the local shops and do some errands. The prices are good and they do great work. The crew there is straight forward and you do not feel as if you are getting the run aroound.

Dishonest Redhawk Auto Repair
My car broke down last Friday and I had it towed to Redhawk Lube & Auto Repair. I live in the area but never had anything done to my vehicles at the garage. I talked to the owner before and seems to be a nice and reasonable person. However, when your car is broke down he takes advantage of you. To make the story short, he had to change the filter pump which took 24 hours and charged me an arm and a leg (over $600.00). I called him on Saturday while driving by the shop to see what was going on and he said they are working on it and it should be done in an hour. The car was parked outside and was done earlier, but he failed to mention that. I was furious and said that you are charging a lot for a fuel pump change, he claimed that the parts cost $370.00 at Ford and it takes more than two hours to fix.He charges $88.00/hr. Never never go to Redhawk the owner is not honest. I feel he lied all through, the car should have been finished the same day, it should have been an easy fix.
