At Hakata Ramen, we pride ourselves on using only the highest quality ingredients in all of our dishes.

Our high quality meat, seafood selection, and fresh vegetables make for an incredibly savory broth that is rich with authentic flavors. Try our classic Hakata Ramen, a pork bone based soup complete with the basics: a slice of chashu pork, fish cake, a soy egg, mushrooms, bamboo, and scallions in a miso base. If you’re feeling more adventurous, we recommend the Hakata Chanpon Ramen, a seafood and pork bone based soup topped with fresh vegetables.
