Brian E Posnansky, MD

Brian E. Posnansky, M.D., earned a bachelor’s degree at Indiana University and his medical degree at the University of Louisville, completing his pediatric residency and serving a year as chief pediatric resident at Norton Children’s Hospital/University of Louisville.
Dr. Posnansky has practiced pediatrics in the Louisville area since 2007, joining Norton Children’s Medical Associates, Middletown, in August 2016. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is board certified in pediatrics.


Dr. Posnansky enjoys the relationships he builds with patients and their families and especially enjoys visits with new parents and newborns. The continuity of care that occurs as a baby transitions from infancy to adulthood is one of the best aspects of pediatrics and Dr. Posnansky looks forward to a future of seeing a second generation of patients in his practice. He and his wife have one son, and in his spare time he enjoys watching college basketball, listening to music, and learning to play the guitar.
