David L Doering, MD

Dr. Doering was born and raised in Texas. He attended medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine where he graduated cum laude. He continued his education at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center where he completed his internship and residency followed by a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Dr. Doering came to Louisville in 1991. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology with a subspecialty in gynecologic oncology. Dr. Doering joined Norton Cancer Institute in 1999.
