While we do use TRX Suspension Trainers, we are not a typical gym using bulky equipment that is routine and boring, instead we teach you to use your body as your workout gear which will allow you to train whenever and wherever without the need of a gym or equipment. We offer comprehensive programs that are specifically individualized for each client's abilities, from high impact to low impact training. Our comprehensive programs include weight training, cardiovascular exercise, stretching, nutrition guidance, injury and surgery rehabilitation and lifestyle modification.
