My name is Madie Férère, I am a Stott Pilates Instructor, and a Naturopath. My services focus on Happiness. I guide you to achieve your optimum balance between Physical and Mental Fitness. Our active, hardworking and dedicated partnership is the key to our success. I work in French, English and Spanish.

I first teach you what your proper postural alignment is, than I tailor your workouts to correct your imbalances, increase, flexibility and strength, resulting in giving you the sculpted like physique Pilates is renown for. I teach Private Stott Pilates Classes in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Arc Barrel. I also offer deep stretching sessions on a massage table.

Knowing that Body and Mind are one and that beauty comes from within, my commitment is your Inner Fitness as well. I offer Nutrition Counseling, Personalized Diets, Personalized Cleanses, Personalized Complete Detox Programs and Personalized Weight Loss Protocols.
