Lucas Therapies is one of the most diverse practices in Virginia. We offer specialties in outpatient orthopedics, aquatic therapy, in addition to sports and industrial medicine. We also offer a full wellness program including personal training and nutritional services, all in a private practice setting.

We provide onsite services within an industrial setting partnering with numerous companies in Southwest and Central Virginia. Additionally, we have a mobile clinic providing services up to 150+ miles away. We are a therapist owned company with multiple locations throughout the region.

Our staff includes the region’s only therapist to complete a post-professional Sports Physical Therapy Residency program as well as therapists with specialty certifications for Impairment Ratings and NCV/EMGs. Our staff boosts therapists with certifications in McKenzie, Vestibular treatment, concussion management, dry needling, ergonomics and lymphedema. Lucas Therapies has a stellar reputation spanning nearly a quarter century and is large enough to provide services to every corner of the region.
