Chem-Dry offers a superior clean that is healthier, drier, and longer lasting. We use a Hot Carbonating Extraction method, which not only saves on water but also cuts the drying time to 1 to 2 hours! This unique method prevents mold and mildew from growing in your carpet and keeps it cleaner longer because there is little residue for new dirt to cling to. Our upholstery cleaning process uses the same method but with an added bacteria killing sanitizer and protectant to create a stain resistant barrier.
