My experience in working with children, youth, and families in crisis and extensive training in trauma-informed care cause me to be attuned to the unique needs of those experiencing acute stress. I also work with adults experiencing symptoms of depression and/or anxiety.

I use an eclectic, individualized approach to treatment including Gestalt Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in children's and teen issues and family therapy. I also specialize in working with children of divorce and blended family issues.
