Harbor Renovation, Inc was established in 2009 in the Seattle market and became very successful completing many high quality projects for our customers. Due to a family members need for a warm & dry climate, the business was relocated to Corpus Christi Texas in the summer of 2014. With our dedication to high quality workmanship we have been very successful here as well. A construction project inside someones home is a real challenge and requires particular attention that many do not understand. We respect your home and strive to make your experience with us a positive one.

Founder & President, Calvin Paulsen has been in the construction industry for over 40 years starting at the age of 16 during high school. This brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to your renovation project. From framing in the early years to finish carpentry and stair building, as well as custom home builder for many years. When the housing experienced a significant change in 2008 - 2009 we turned our attention to remodel services. We soon found that this was our favorite part of the building industry. We really enjoy working with great people sharing the thrill of transforming their home into a dream come true.

We are so particular in the many different trades involved in a renovation project, in fact, we find it hard to hand off crucial components to someone less qualified. Therefore Calvin is the main workhorse and is on the job every day.
