These apartments are perfect for newlyweds on a tight budget or for singles who prefer not to live with roommates! We are located across the street from the Big Blue parking terrace on Old Main Hill- You literally can't live any closer to campus without living on campus!

Most of our apartments are studio style 1 bedroom, units. Between the 10 ft. closet and extra shelves these apartments have a ton of storage. Extra storage is also available on a first come first served basis. We also have on-site coin laundry.

Rent includes internet. Tenants are responsible to pay their own utilities which average about $100/month.

Parking will be provided for 1 vehicle per apartment.

We are a pet friendly residence, but there is an additional deposit and monthly fee required. The pet deposit is $200, which is fully refundable if there is no damage. For a dog, it's $45 per month. For a cat, it's $20 per month.

There is a non-refundable application fee of $20 per person. We will run a background check and a credit check.
