Kent Karate & Family Fitness

The Kent Karate & Family Fitness dojo houses both the Isshinryu Karate Academy and White Birch Martial Arts. A variety of both Okinawan & Chinese martial arts and fitness classes are offered by both schools.<br><br>Ours is a martial arts school that focuses on the traditional art of Isshinryu Karate; a style originates from Okinawa founded by Tatsuo Shimabuku. We are members and supporters of the Isshinryu World Karate Association (IWKA). <br><br>Classes in both Karate and Traditional Okinawa Weaponry are offered for both children and adults.
