My name is Phillis M Maniglia, and I have been a resident of Loxahatchee Groves since 1989. As a member of both the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and National Association of Realtors, I take great pride in using my knowledge of Loxahatchee Groves and the surrounding western communities to help my future neighbors find their ideal residential, equestrian or agricultural land.

I am fortunate to be able to work and live in the same community. I enjoy selling residential, equine and agricultural properties in Loxahatchee Groves and the surrounding western communities of Palm Beach County, Florida USA.

As a full service Realtor, catering to both the seasonal and full-time real estate market, it is part of my job to keep up with the ever changing Town, County and State Government rules and regulations. There are some exciting new state statutes that now allow expanded agricultural use such as Agritourism.
