As a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Specialist in Natural Health, I’ve experienced the power, freedom and incredible quality of life that can come from living life naturally. Our bodies are incredibly intelligent and capable of amazing things, especially in the absence of unnecessary toxins, trauma and disease. While living a natural health lifestyle may not be for everyone, it’s my mission to simplify natural health and help bring light to the endless and incredible potential of living a healthy, fun and natural lifestyle that you can maintain and share with generations to come. You can count on me as your health and nutrition coach, no matter where you live.


Sara and her husband, Rob, live in Colorado, with a house full of fur babies. They love staying active, spending time in the great outdoors. Their love for skiing runs deep.
