Washington Square, located in downtown Bellevue, WA is consist of 377 condos with floor-to-ceiling windows in 24 and 25 story towers and 26 luxury townhomes which feature private garages and personal elevators. Washington Square condos feature hardwood flooring imported from Finland, in varying shades, pre-installed privacy shades, gas fireplaces with limestone hearths, 9 to 12 foot high ceilings and solid core flush panel interior doors. Amenities include concierge services, a 24-hour fitness room, spa with massage rooms, an owners’ lounge with chef’s kitchen and a billiards room.
