Dr. Moran received his dental degree from the University of the Philippines College of Dentistry in 1980, earning his California dental license and board certification in 1991. Since then, he has provided patient-centered, compassionate care for patients throughout the Torrance area, from young children to seniors. Dedicated to ensuring every patient receives the most appropriate and effective care based on the patient’s individual needs and preferences, Dr. Moran remains abreast of novel and emerging developments in general and cosmetic dentistry, maintaining active memberships in several professional societies, including the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Western Los Angeles Dental Association.
