A skin or blood test is generally performed in order to determine your specific environmental allergies. Allergy testing is usually done at your first visit. We test for 58 different allergens native to the Central Texas Region.
Because allergy drops are much safer than allergy shots and can be administered from home, most people can benefit from allergy drops. People who are dissatisfied with the continuous use of OTC and prescription medications, people that have asthma, reactions to allergy shots or cannot commit to getting allergy injections on a weekly basis are all good candidates for allergy drops. We can test and treat patients age 2 and up.
