Welcome. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over twenty years experience and I am here to help you manage stress, overcome fear, and find your own unique path to healing. Whatever your situation, I will help you find a path towards healing and a better quality of life. The goal is achieving optimal functioning regarding your emotions, thoughts, experiences, and brain processes in a manner that is unique to you.
