The level of training we provide has typically only been available for top college and professional athletes. We started The Spot Athletics to make world class coaching, education and training methods available to the people that deserve it most, the people of our community.
Along with proudly serving our local community we have had professional athletes travel from as far away as Brazil to train with us. We speak at international conferences and are recognized worldwide as a leader in speed and performance.
