If you are looking for one spot to accomplish a full body workout, ilovekickboxing is the place to be! The instructors and members are so motivating and helpful. If a portion of the workout is too hard, the staff helps you to modify on your level, yet still ensures that you are getting the right workout for YOU! Since joining ILKB in November, I have become more dedicated to my fitness journey.

I am so happy that I re-started my fitness journey with iLoveKickboxing in Exton. The instructors are so supportive and motivating. They push you to be your best and truly want you to succeed in reaching your goals. I usually get bored with at home workouts and give up after a few weeks, but this experience is so amazing…. I attend class every day and I WANT to go to class! I already see inches gone from my waist and my legs and arms are more toned. I’ve had two children and my biggest insecurity with my body was the stretching on my stomach area, but now with iLoveKickboxing, I see my skin getting tighter after only a few months. The classes are so much fun and I feel so strong. I feel so confident now and I love all the positivity that I get from the instructors and the members. I highly recommend iLoveKickboxing!

They want to see you succeed; they want to see you do your best and it creates the best atmosphere! At first I was skeptical about ILKB after coming from a "martial arts" gym and doing kickboxing. This place is the real deal! I get such an awesome workout from start to finish! The instructors are AWESOME they way they keep you motivated and never let you give up. I look forward to every class I attend, and get upset if I have to miss one! We are all family here at ILKB, Exton. Oh - the results? I started seeing results about two weeks after I joined, and it feels AMAZING! Give it a try, you won't regret it!

iLoveKickboxing is by far the best gym I've belonged to. The members are more like family and the instructors are AWESOME!! The workouts kick your butt in a good way and keep you coming back for more. I've seen great results since joining last month.

ILKB is the place to be! If you're looking to feel confident, sweat off those unneeded calories, burn that excess fat and meet awesome motivators to help reach your goals, look no further! Cardio Kickboxing just does that and ILKB Exton is the place to get started. You will not be disappointed and will see results. The facility is newly built located in the Festival Shopping Center at Exton, behind Azteca. Plenty of lockers to house your belongings, facility is cleaned and staff is wonderful. Format of the class includes getting that heart rate up in the beginning with cardio and abs, followed by the most important of all Stretching, then bags drills to include punches and kicks combos. Get to know one another b/c there are partner exercises as well. Instructors will work with you and modify the workout as needed. Don't be intimated if you never this before as they will show you and go at your pace! ILKB is currently in its grand opening stage. After attending 10 classes I am already seeing results! Slowly but surely! Don't be alarm by the pricing, think about investing that money in yourself - get healthier, get fit and feel confident and beautiful! ILKB Exton is on their Phase 2 section. I must say its definitely more challenging from Phase I. In addition, they DJ theme nights and this month theme was the Great Gatsby. It was awesome seeing our members decked out and our instructors playing the part!! The studio transformed as if we took a step back into time! I definitely recommend this place for fun, building a support team and fitness! You won’t be disappointed with your future 2nd family.

ILoveKickboxing has changed my life for the better! I am now focused more than ever to create a better version of myself. The staff are AWESOME, they motivate you and give tough love as you #PushThrough and it is ALWAYS clean, (which is very important if you know me). I have been surrounded by some of the most positive women and men in my life and could not be happier. The stretches, workout, bag rounds and partner work are challenging which I love, and it's filled with fun and lots of laughs as you get to know each other. I can now do a slit again and am awesome on the bag! The staff really make sure you are getting the techniques down and there are always new/fresh moves and pre-workouts, so there is never a dull day! The energy level, ethusiasum and support of the staff and your fellow kickboxers is enough to get you hooked. I love my Kickboxing family! If you are ever able to try this awesome workout....I SAY WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR...YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR DECISION AS YOU WILL BE ON THE JOURNEY TO A BETTER VERSION OF YOURSELF!
