What sets us apart from other brokerages? We have a ‘Fire Me Anytime You Want” policy. By this we mean that if you feel we aren’t marketing your home to the best of our abilities, you have the right to cancel the Listing Agreement with no penalties. There will be no cost to you to cancel this agreement. No fine print … no hidden agenda … just an honest attempt to please each of our sellers. Our sellers know us to be aggressive in marketing their home and negotiating on their behalf.
