Our mining company has been working Liquid Process Systems for a number of years. Our most recent purchase was a kidney loop system, and I must say, it has far exceeded our expectations. Before we decided to buy this unit, we had to change the oil in our mill lubrication units many times a year because of contamination, and each change cost to us a serious amount of money. The inherent problems of having to use heat transfer fluids for process heating has always been a challenge for us. Luckily, we found Liquid Process Systems. They designed and implemented a hot oil filtration system that reduced downtime and costs for our die casting company while tripling the life of our heat pumps. They recommended implementing hot oil filters to continuously clean the oil while our systems are operating—a simple but very effective solution.
