Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is excited to announce the addition of Debbie Brittingham one of the most respected and experienced Realtors in Delaware.

Debbie Brittingham helped form Laurel Realty, later to become Southern Delaware Realty, in 1991 and shortly thereafter became the Broker of Record for that office. Debbie has been licensed since 1986. She has excelled in every aspect the real estate industry offers, in particular residential sales and development. She played a key role in many of the wonderful developments in Laurel. Having graduated from Seaford High School and later attending classes at Delaware Technical and Community College, she is still a western Sussex resident, proudly calling Laurel home. When asked what prompted the change to Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, Brittingham said, “In our 24 years of operation as Laurel Realty / Southern Delaware Realty we had done extremely well, but we felt we had realized our potential and it was time to strive even higher.
